Step 9. Initial Pass-Through Certification

If the pass-through data entered is correct, complete the following Initial Pass-Through Certification process:

  1. Access the Main Menu.
  2. Click Initial Certification.
    The system automatically links to the Initial Pass-through Certification screen.
  3. Review the certification statement on the Initial Pass-through Certification screen.
  4. Enter the name, title, email and telephone number for the individual responsible for SEFA.
  5. Click Certify Initial Pass-Through Entries.
    The screen displays a message confirming the selected agency was certified along with the contact information.

Note: Agencies must complete the Initial Pass-through Certification by Sept. 1.
