Funds transferred from Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) (ALN 93.558) to Child Care and Development Block Grant (ALN 93.575) and Social Services Block Grant (Title XX) (ALN 93.667) must be reported in SEFA as part of the total expenditures of the programs that received the transferred funds.
