Instructions for the GR Reconciliation Web Application

The basic steps and sequence necessary to complete the GR reconciliation and certification are in the left navigation menu.

Agencies have the option of downloading the GR reconciliation data into an Excel file to use as a working copy. Advantages of downloading this data into Excel:

  • Ability to view more columns simultaneously
  • Easier for agencies that need to make adjustments in column L
