How to Change Your Password

After initiating your communications software and entering the USAS command at the Texas map screen, the log-on prompt appears on your screen.

USAS Users:

To change your password:

  1. Enter your user ID in the USER ID field. Press Tab.
  2. Enter your current password in the PASSWORD field. The cursor will go to the NEW PASSWORD field automatically.
  3. Enter a new password in the NEW PASSWORD field. The cursor will go to the VERIFY NEW PASSWORD field automatically.
  4. Enter the new password again in the VERIFY NEW PASSWORD field.
  5. Press Enter.

    If successful, the USAS menu appears.
