Appropriation Record Inquiry
The next step is to perform an appropriation record inquiry using the Appropriation Record Inquiry (62) screen to see how the balance types increase or decrease the appropriation balances.
To access the (62) screen:
- From the USAS Main Menu screen, type O (Online Financial Inquiry).
- Press Enter.
- From the Financial Inquiry menu screen, type 62 (Appropriation Record) in the ENTER SCREEN ID field.
- Press Enter.
To retrieve the record:
- Complete the AGY, APPN YEAR and APPN # fields.
- Press Enter.
