Other Key Inquiry Screens

Other key inquiry screens can be used to review such information as:

  • Expenditures and revenue objects,
  • General ledger data, and
  • Cash data.
Expenditure Detail by Month by Appropriation (46)
Shows cash expenditures for a specified appropriation year (AY), appropriation, appropriated fund, and comptroller object by fiscal month. Cash basis only.
Revenue Detail by Month by Appropriation (47)
Shows cash revenue for a specified AY, appropriation, appropriated fund, and comptroller object by fiscal month. Cash basis only.
Appropriation/Object Revenue/Expenditure Detail (49A)
Revenues/expenditures split out by appropriated fund and comptroller object. This screen allows for inquiry by fiscal year (FY), AY, or both. Cash basis only.
General Ledger Summary (56)
Monthly beginning and ending balances and the total debits and credits for requested Comptroller general ledger accounts. Can specify fund and/or appropriated fund.
Cash Control Summary (57)
Do not enter the agency number. Cash amounts shown as statewide cumulative balances. Same information as on the 63 screen.
