Report 991 Insurance Rollover Premium Calculation Errors
This report displays all employees whose health insurance carrier is no longer supported by Employees Retirement System (ERS) for the new fiscal year. It is automatically run during the insurance rollover each FYE with Report 974. A 09/01/XXXX record with transaction code FYE will be created with the invalid carrier which will need to be corrected prior to running the September regular payroll.
If no errors exist during the rollover, a message indicating that will display.

ERROR MESSAGE – Displays the error.
PROGRAM IN ERROR – Displays the program in error.
DBID/DATABASE – Displays the database in error.

PLOPTID – Displays the optional identification code to identify a plan option.

EMPLOYEENO – Displays the employee's SSN.
