CAPPS HR/Payroll User Group

The purpose of this meeting is to inform CAPPS users about upcoming CAPPS system activities and other project events and to provide a forum for CAPPS users to bring questions and/or discussion topics to the attention of the CAPPS Support team. This meeting is open to all CAPPS agency users and support staff.

The CAPPS HR/Payroll agenda includes:

• Announcements and reminders about upcoming CAPPS activities, including maintenance windows, processing due dates and other relevant/timely information.
• CAPPS production updates, such as new functionality and user acceptance testing items.
• Review of service request (SR) tickets – SRs Submitted to Governance. These enhancement tickets are reviewed during user group meetings to allow agency feedback (prior to being submitted to the CAPPS Steering Committee for implementation approval).
• Updates on upcoming system upgrades and CAPPS program expansion projects.
• Featured functionality reviews and deep-dive training topics on selected CAPPS processes or procedures.
• Open Forum – Discussion of the current month’s Ask Us Anything questions.
  Do you have questions or suggestions for user group topics? We’d like to hear from you! Each month we invite users to use the Ask Us Anything button (located on the next upcoming meeting, in the right column) to submit your questions, ideas and suggestions — they may be added to the next meeting’s discussion.
