CAPPS HR/Payroll User Group
The CAPPS HR/Payroll user group meetings allow participating agencies to review, prioritize and give feedback on changes to the CAPPS Human Capital Management modules.
The CAPPS HR/Payroll user group:
- Ensures internal processes and procedures are adjusted as needed.
- Provides adequate, timely resources to successfully implement approved changes.

CAPPS HR/Payroll User Group Voting Representatives
In CAPPS’s representative governance, designated agency contacts elect their voting committee members for each biennium, grouped by agency size (number of FTEs). See the CAPPS governance document for more information about the CAPPS member election and governance process.
