Purchases of Vegetation for Landscaping
The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) of the Comptroller’s office and each state agency making a purchase of vegetation for landscaping purposes must give preference to Texas vegetation native to the region, if the cost to the state is not greater and the quality is not inferior.
