Damaged, Lost or Stolen State Property
A person who has been entrusted with state property is liable for the disappearance of the property if it resulted from the person’s failure to exercise reasonable care.
A person who has been entrusted with state property is liable for any deterioration of the property resulting from the person’s failure to exercise reasonable care to maintain and service the property.
A person who has been entrusted with state property is liable for any damage or destruction of the property resuting from the person’s intentional, wrongful, or negligent act.
