General Provisions

Users should have a clear understanding of the Statutory Authority of the Comptroller.

Prior to submitting a purchase voucher request for payment to the Comptroller’s office, users must understand the Responsibilities of State Agencies and:

  1. Review purchase vouchers for accuracy and completeness.
  2. Determine and be able to cite the statutory authority for a payment.
