Higher Education Funds
Higher education funds can be used by eligible institutions and agencies of higher education for the purpose of:
- Acquiring land with or without permanent improvements.
- Constructing or making other permanent improvements to buildings.
- Paying for, acquiring, constructing or equipping for:
- Major repairs, improvements or rehabilitation of buildings.
- Capital equipment used jointly for educational and general activities.
- Auxiliary enterprises used for educational and general activities.
- Acquiring:
- Capital equipment.
- Library books and library materials.
