Higher Education Funds

Higher education funds can be used by eligible institutions and agencies of higher education for the purpose of:

  • Acquiring land with or without permanent improvements.
  • Constructing or making other permanent improvements to buildings.
  • Paying for, acquiring, constructing or equipping for:
    • Major repairs, improvements or rehabilitation of buildings.
    • Capital equipment used jointly for educational and general activities.
    • Auxiliary enterprises used for educational and general activities.
  • Acquiring:
    • Capital equipment.
    • Library books and library materials.
