Conflict of Interest, Disclosure Required
An employee of a state agency, other than an institution of higher education, who is involved in procurement or contract management must disclose to the agency any potential conflict of interest that is known by the employee with respect to any contract or bid for the purchase of goods or services from a private vendor if the purchase amount of the order exceeds $25,000. A conflict of interest may be disclosed at any time during the procurement process or term of a contract.
