Report 855 Projected Longevity Report
This report projects and/or displays longevity pay for employees for a fiscal year, (September through August). Actual longevity paid will display for each month that has been paid (if applicable), and future months will be projected.

| Additional Notes | Service years and months will be calculated using the State Effective Service Date as of the September 1st date of the report year being requested. The actual longevity amount will be used for the months that are paid, the future months will be projected. This report can be run for current fiscal year plus 2 fiscal years back or forward. |
Report Headings
- AGENCY NAME
- Projected Longevity for FY Ending 08/31/YYYY.
Column One
- EMP NAME HID.RPTNAME
- This field displays the employee's name.
Column Two
- SSN H0B.EMPLOYEENO
- This field displays the employee's Social Security Number.
Column Three
- EMP STAT HOB.EMPSTATUS
- Displays the employee's current status from H0BUS. Only display LWOP (02) and TERM (03 and 07). If employee's status Is 01 this field will be blank.
Column Four
- EMP TYP HNH.EMPTYPE
- Displays the employee's type (see encode/decode table 832). If requesting this report for prior Fiscal Year, it will use the employee type as of 08/31/YY; if current year or projected year it will use the employee type as of the run date of the report.
Column Five
- HD HNH.HAZDTYIND
- The employees Hazardous Duty Indicator, valid values are:
(Y, 8, 9)
If Hazardous Duty Indicator is an N, this field will be blank on the report for he employee.
Column Six
- 9/1 SRV H0B
- This field displays the employees service years and month calculated by using State Effective Service as of September 1st of the report year being requested.
Column Seven
- SEP HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of September is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Eight
- OCT HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of October is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Nine
- NOV HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of November is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Ten
- DEC HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of December is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Eleven
- JAN HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of January is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Twelve
- FEB HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of February is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Thirteen
- MAR HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of March is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Fourteen
- APR HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of April is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Fifteen
- MAY HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of May is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Sixteen
- JUN HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of June is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Seventeen
- JUL HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of July is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Eighteen
- AUG HOH DERIVED
- The actual longevity data for the month of August is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected longevity amount is reported.
Column Ninteen
- TOTAL DERIVED
- Displays the employee total dollar amount of actual/projected longevity pay for the fiscal year requested.
- ORG TOTAL DERIVED
- Displays the total dollar amount of the actual/projected hazardous duty pay for each organization code on the report.
- AGENCY TOTAL DERIVED
- Displays the total of the projected/actual dollar amount for longevity pay for all agency employees.
Note: Information on the report is only as accurate as when the report is being run.
