This report displays the PCA or index overrides active for the fiscal year.

Sort Sequence Pay Number, Labor Code, Effective Date
Page Break  
Parameters HNKPA – FY START DATE, FY END DATE
Databases Used HN7, H0C, HNK, HMQ
Selection Criteria All HN7U1 records with an effective date less than or equal to the FY END DATE and an inactive date greater than or equal to the FY START DATE or null.

FROM/TO HNK.PAFYSDT/HNK.PAFYEDT
Displays the beginning and ending dates of the fiscal year.
PAY NUMBER HN7.PAYNO
Displays the special pay number that has the labor code override.
PCA/INDEX HN7.LABORCODE
Displays the labor code being over-ridden.
EFFECTIVE DATE HN7.EFFDT
Displays the date the labor code special pay override became valid.
PCA/INDEX EXCEPTION HN7.SPLABORCD
Displays the labor code override for the labor code associated with the special pay.
INACTIVE DATE HN7.NACTDT
Displays the date the labor code override became inactive.
