Report 1019 Millennium Online Processing Summary
This report displays a summary of all online updates. This report can be used as an audit trail and displays the user who made the change, date of change, and what activity was done.

Report Headings
- SEQUENCE NUMBER
- Displays the number assigned to track the internal online audit records.
- KEY INFO
- Displays the key field(s) used to access the screen that was changed.
- DATE OF UPDATE
- Displays the date the online updated occurred.
- TIME OF UPDATE
- Displays the time the online update occurred.
- TCODE
- Displays the region where the update was made.
M3LL Current calendar year M3YY Previous calendar year - OPERATOR NUMBER
- Displays the user identification of the person who made the change.
- DBID
- Displays the database that was updated by the change. This will not always be the first three characters of a screen that the change was made on. Any online change that updates a second screen will have both databases listed. For example, a direct deposit set up is entered on H0BUI, so both H0BUI and H0ZUC will be updated. Two lines will print one for the H0B database and one for the H0Z database.
- SCREEN
- Displays the screen that the online change was made on.
- ACTIVITY
- Displays the action taken, either insert, replace, or delete.
