ACR 60172 — HRIS System Change
Effective July 29, 2016

Introduction

Effective July 29, 2016, ACR 60172 created a new comma-delimited file of the exception messages generated during Human Resource Information System (HRIS) nightly personnel/payroll processing.

Issue

HRIS agencies needed access to a condensed version of the exception messages that were provided on personnel and payroll Exception Transaction Listings (F48BRPTR).

This new analysis tool will assist agencies in monitoring their exception transactions and allow them to more easily identify where correcting transactions need to be resubmitted.

Solution

A comma-delimited file is now produced listing all exception messages generated during HRIS personnel and payroll processing.
