CAPPS Recruit Transition

CAPPS Recruit Has Moved

Effective June 29, CAPPS Recruit has moved from the Taleo application to PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)/Candidate Gateway (CG).

There is an overlap period: From June 29 to Aug. 28, both CAPPS Recruit systems are accessible. For requisitions created before June 26, recruiters may continue to use the CAPPS Recruit (Taleo) application to complete in-progress postings by Aug. 28.

As of June 29, new requisitions (job openings) will be posted in the new CAPPS Recruit (TAM/CG), and applicants must apply in the new system. Applicants will no longer have access to their CAPPS Recruit (Taleo) account after Aug. 28, 2026.

Recruiters: Be sure applicants know that to apply for a job posted in CAPPS Recruit after June 29, they must create a new account in the new system. Resumes and other attachments do not automatically transfer from the CAPPS Taleo system, so applicants should download and save current resumes, recommendation letters, and other attachments and information they will need when they create their new accounts in CAPPS Recruit (TAM/CG).

  • June 29: New CAPPS Recruit TAM/CG application went live.
  • Aug. 28: Last day to access the current CAPPS Recruit (Taleo) application.

  • Desk Aids: New desk aids for both recruiting staff and candidates are available on the CAPPS Training website’s Desk Aids library, under CAPPS HR/Payroll Processes, then Recruit (TAM/CG).
  • Training: New training options for both self-paced training and instructor-led training are available on the CAPPS Training website.
