Beginning in fiscal 2019, the Fiscal Management Division’s Expenditure Audit section will complete contracting audits based on risk evaluation and the dollar value of contracts reported to the Legislative Budget Board. These audits will focus on the contracting process from procurement planning to contract monitoring for two or three contracts per agency, as well as related internal controls.
Contracting audit reports for each agency audited are:
