USAS Requestable Reports
Ordering requestable reports requires a user to:
- Review the report options
- Interpret any special selection options
- Know the level of detail the agency is maintaining in USAS
"Level of detail" is a critical area that requires an understanding of how the agency is set up in USAS. For example, If you want an Agency Budget Activity Summary report to show budget information by organization, your agency must maintain an organization structure in USAS. Additionally, the organization level requested for the report must not be greater than the level of detail maintained in the system.
If the report is requested for a level of detail not maintained by USAS, the report will contain no data.
While USAS supports approximately 100 requestable reports, the ordering process can be quite technical. Though requestable reports are designed to address the needs of a diverse range of state agencies, they must further be customized by agency users to meet each specific agency's requirements.
