Report 999 Daily Insurance Change Report
This report displays employee insurance and reimbursement account changes entered into Employees Retirement System's ERS Online. These changes will be used to populate HMTU1 and establish new deduction amounts when the coverage costs change.
Prior to applying any updates or cost changes, the program will compare ERS and USPS data. All updates will display with a message indicating whether the coverage between USPS and ERS were in synch. While no personal data updates will be made, discrepancies will be noted on the report.
If no changes were sent, no report will generate.
Note: Members of legislature who have participant type of ESO will have their current actual salary used to calculate disability premium.

- ORGANIZATION CODE HNP.ORGCODE
- Displays the employee's organization code. This field only displays for H0XCR Break Option 9999.
- AS OF H0I.CURPROCDT
- Displays the effective date of the report.
- EMPLOYEE SSN HMT.EMPLOYEENO
- Displays the employee's SSN.
- NAME HID.RTNAME
- Displays the employee's name.
- EFFECTIVE FROM DERIVED FROM ERS
- Displays the beginning date of the change.
PTC Information
- FIELD NAME DERIVED
- Displays the name of the field being changed.
- USPS VALUE DERIVED
- Displays the value in USPS for the field being changed.
- ERS VALUE DERIVED FROM ERS
- Displays the value in ERS Online for the field being changed.
- MESSAGE DERIVED
- Displays a message describing the discrepancy.
Coverage Information
Note: An * next to a field indicates that the value in USPS was different from ERS prior to the change. Will not display on terminated coverage.

- Displays the plan codes for the insurance being changed.

Flex Information
- PLAN NAME DERIVED
- Displays the name of the TexFlex plan being changed.
- PLAN CD DERIVED FROM ERS
- Displays whether the employee is participating in the TexFlex plan.

- Displays the employee's monthly deduction for the plan selected.
- CHANGE DATE DERIVED FROM ERS
- Displays the effective date of the change in the TexFlex coverage.

- Displays the annual amount of the TexFlex coverage.
- MESSAGE DERIVED
- Displays a message describing what action was taken.
Agency Control Totals
- PARTICIPANT CHANGE RECORDS DERIVED
- Displays the number of records with changes to participant information that were sent, read, accepted, and recycled/rejected by USPS.
- COVERAGE CHANGE RECORDS DERIVED
- Displays the number of records with changes to group insurance coverage that were sent, read, accepted, and recycled/rejected by USPS.
- TEXFLEX CHANGE RECORDS DERIVED
- Displays the number of records with changes to TexFlex that were sent, read, accepted, and recycled/rejected by USPS.
