Report 982 Applicant Review by Classification and Applicant Review by Classification Summary
Applicant Review by Classification generates with each request. It displays the name, application status, and referral source of each applicant by job classification code. Additional information relating to EEO is optional and will only display when the EEO flag is set to 2 on HNKAT.
The summary report will display when the EEO flag is set to 1 or 2 on HNKAT. It totals applicants into different ethnic and gender groups to assist agencies in analyzing their hiring practices.

Applicant Review by Classification
- TO HNK.ATSTDT/HNK.ATEDT
- Displays the beginning and ending dates of the request period.
- JOB/FUNC CLASS HN3.JOBCLASS/HN3.FUNCLASS
- Displays the posting's job/functional job class code.
- ERO CATEGORY H70.JCEROCODE/HML.FCEROCODE
- Displays the EEO code of the job class of the posting.
- APPLCTN DATE HMG.APLICDT
- Displays the date the application was receive for the posting.
- APPLICANT NAME HMF.RPTNAME
- Displays the applicant's name.
- APPLICANT NUMBER HMF.APLCID
- Displays the applicant's agency-defined identification number.
- APPLICATION STATUS HMI.ACTIVITYST
- Displays the applicant's application status.
- STATUS DATE HMI.ACTIVITYDT
- Displays the date of the applicant's last status change.
- ETHNICITY HMF.EEORACE
- Displays the applicant's ethnicity. This field does not display when the EEO flag is set to 0 or 1.
- GDR/VET HMF.SEX/HMF.MILSTATUS
- Displays the applicant's gender and veteran status. These fields do not display when the EEO flag is set to 0 or 1.
- REFFERAL SOURCE HMG.RFRLSOURCE
- Displays how the applicant heard about the posting.
Applicant Review by Job Classificiation Summary
- TO HNK.ATSTDT/HNK.ATEDT
- Displays the beginning and ending dates of the request period.
- CLASSIFICATION TITLE H70.JOBCLASS
- Displays the job classification codes.
- NUMBER DERIVED
- Displays the number and percentage of the applicants applying at the agency and for each job classification code. Also included is the number and percentage of male and female applicants by ethnicity.
- UNSPECIFIED APPLICANTS DERIVED
- Displays the total number and percentage of the applicants applying at the agency and for each job classification code that have an undefined ethnicity.
