Report 976 FYE Reset of TexFlex Health Care/Dependent Care
This report displays the employees who had their health care and/or dependent care accounts or SKIP reset and the values that they had prior to the change. It is run by USPS Personnel at the fiscal year-end prior to any insurance rolls. This process will, for each eligible employee, reset the dependent and health care amounts and fees back to zero and change the election indicator to NO and set SKIP indicator to "N". This is done by either inserting or updating a 09/01/XXXX HMTU1 record for the new fiscal year using transaction code RES. This report also turns off the H0ZUC deductions frequency for deductions 36, 37, 38, 39 and 27 for employees with H0BUS status 07.
