Report 928 TWC Quarterly Report – Discrepancy Report

This report prints a list of all employees whose payroll history records contain position numbers that the employee was not assigned to during the quarter. It also prints a message specifying in which county those wages are included.

Additional Notes Discrepancy records can be the result of Letters of Authorization which change the position number on an HNH record after the payroll has processed.

Report Headings

EMPLOYEE SSN HOB.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN.
EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
WARRANT DATE H0H.CHECHDATE
Displays the payment date of the discrepancy payment.
SEQ H0H.CKSEQ
Displays the sequence number of the payment.
ERROR MESSAGE DERIVED
Displays a message providing information regarding the inclusion of the wages in a county total.
NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES DERIVED
Displays the number of employees on the report.
