Report 926 TWC Quarterly Report – Employees with Negative Total Wages

This report prints a list of all employees whose total gross wages for the quarter are negative. Employees with negative wages are not counted in the counts on Report 923 nor are their wages reported to TWC.

Displays the sum of the gross wages for the employee for the quarter.
RSN HNH.HRISREASCD
Displays the reason code of the last personnel action for the employee that occurred in the reporting period.
EFF DATE HNH.HISTORYDT
Displays the effective date of the last personnel action that occurred in the reporting period.
SPECIAL MESSAGE
Displays the word description of the last personnel action that occurred in the reporting period.
NO OF EMPLOYEES DERIVED
Displays the number of employees on the report.
TOTAL NEGATIVE WAGES DERIVED
Displays the sum of the negative wages on the report.
