USPS Reports by Number –
Report 923 TWC Quarterly Report – Wages by County
This report displays TWC gross wages by county for each month in the quarter and is used by agencies to prepare TWC Quarterly Reports. Wages for employees who transfer mid-month with the same position number, but with a new county code will be reported in the county code of the latest assignment. Elected officials (EEO code = E) and judges (job class = JD25) are excluded. Board member per diem and compensatory per diems are excluded from wage totals. All special pays are included except special pays on table 978 are included as per the directions in that table.

| Additional Notes | TWC wages are H0H.GROSS minus special pays marked with an "X" or "N" on the HPABR001 line on Table 978. Employees on LWOP who receive no pay for a reporting month are not counted in that month. Board members who are paid TWC wages have those wages included though the employees are not included in the counts. |

- Displays the warrant date ranges for the quarter.
- USPS COUNTY NAME DERIVED FROM H1TZZ (TABLE 872) AND HNP.PLANTLOC
- Displays the county name.
- USPS COUNTY CODE HNP.PLANTLOC
- Displays the USPS county code number. Employees with data discrepancies are reported in county 0.
- FIPS COUNTY CODE DERIVED
- Displays the FIPS County Code Number. The FIPS county code is 2 x USPS County code minus 1.
- NBR EMP MONTH 1 DERIVED
- Displays the count of employees during the first month of the quarter. (Based on H0H pay period start date.)
- NBR EMP MONTH 2 DERIVED
- Displays the count of employees during the second month of the quarter. (Based on H0H pay period start date.)
- NBR EMP MONTH 3 DERIVED
- Displays the count of employees during the third month of the quarter. (Based on H0H pay period start date.)
- TOTAL NBR EMP DERIVED
- Displays the greatest number of individuals in any one period, by county code, during the quarter.
- TOT WAGES QUARTER DERIVED FROM H0H.GROSS
- Displays the TWC wages paid during the quarter (based on payment date), by county code.
- STATEWIDE TOTAL DERIVED
- Displays the total number of employees for each month and the total wages for the agency.
