USPS Reports by Number –
Report 921 TWC Quarterly Report – Wages by Employee
This report displays total wages paid for each employee and the number of employees paid by the agency and is used by the agency to prepare TWC reports. USPS sends a magnetic tape to TWC with the detailed employee information. Elected officials (EEO code = E) and judges (job class = JD25) are excluded. Board member per diem and compensatory per diems are excluded. All special pays are included except special pays on table 978 are included as per the directions in that table. Employees with negative quarterly wages are not included on the report.

TWC wages are H0H.GROSS minus special pays marked with an X or N on the HPABR921 line on table 978. Agencies should submit TWC Form C-7 to adjust values submitted on the tape. Board members who are paid TWC wages have those wages included. |

- Displays the total amount of the employee's TWC wages.
- RSN HMH.HRISREASCD
- Displays the reason code of the last personnel action which occurred in the reporting period.
- EFFECTIVE DATE HNH.HISTORYDT
- Displays the effective date of the last personnel action.
- SPECIAL MESSAGE DECODE TABLE 887
- Displays a detailed message if an HRIS action occurred during the requested time frame. For example: new hire, terminated, on leave without pay, merit increase, etc. The last reason code is displayed.
- NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES DERIVED
- Displays the number of employees reported.
- TOTAL GROSS WAGES DERIVED
- Displays the sum of all employees' wages reported to TWC.
