Report 911 Position Control Lapsing Report

This report updates the PROJECTED EXPENDITURES and PROJECTED LAPSES for each position and organization code within the current processing month. It also updates the LAST PAID DATE for those positions.

This report can be requested in summary or detail mode by setting the desired switch on HNKPC.

Report Headings

ORGANIZATION CODE HNP.ORGCODE
Displays the organization code as defined by the position. This field only displays when detail mode is requested.
LAST PAID DATE DERIVED FROM HNK.FLAG69
Displays the last day of the payroll processing month.
POSITION HNP.POSITION
Displays the position number. This field only displays when detail mode is requested.
NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name if the position is filled. This field only displays when detail mode is requested.
SSN HMP.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN if the position is filled. This field only displays when detail mode is requested.
BUD MNTHLY SAL DERIVED HNP.SALARYBGT/HNP.HRLYRTBGT
Displays the monthly amount of money budgeted based upon the Effective Date, Inactive Date, FTE, and Salary/Rate.
ACT SALARY DERIVED HMP.SALARY/HMP.HRLSALRATE
Displays the money paid out as salary. If the salary is 0.00 then the position is vacant.
EFFECT DT HNP.HISTORYDT
Displays the effective date of the position record being updated. This field only displays when detail mode is requested.
ACTUAL EXP HNP.FYXPNAMT
Displays the salary amount spent as of the last posted pay period.
PROJ EXP HNP.FYXPRNAMT
Displays the projected cost based on salary and duration of the position.
LAPSE HNP.FYLPSPROJ
Displays the projected lapse based on the budgeted salary, actual expenditures, and projected expenditures.
TOTALS DERIVED
Displays the totals for fiscal year for each organization code, division and the agency.
NUMBER OF UPDATES FOR DERIVED
Displays the number of records updated for each organization code and division, and for the agency.
