This report lists all employees who were on leave without pay (LWOP) as of the request date.

Selection Criteria All employees who were on leave, and were not returned or terminated prior to the END DATE.

Report Headings

AS OF HNK.PMEDT OR PAYROLL MONTH-END DATE
Displays the last day of the month, if run with Month-End reports or the date requested on HNKPM.
NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
SSN HNH.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN.
ORG CODE HNH.ORGCODE
Displays the employee's organization code.
ORG TITLE HNH.ORGCODE
Displays the title of the employee's organization code.
START DATE HNH.HISTORYDT
Displays the date the employee went on leave without pay (LWOP).
LEAVE REASON HNH.PCEXITRS
Displays the reason the employee went on leave without pay (LWOP), (eg. 01 – Personal, 03 – Military, etc.).
EXP RET DATE H0B RETURNDUE
Displays the date when the employee anticipates returning from the current period of leave without pay (LWOP).
RETURNED/TERMED DERIVED FROM HNH
Displays the termination or return from leave date for those employees who terminated or returned on or after the HNKPM END DATE.

TOTAL NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES ON LWOP DERIVED FROM HNH
Displays the total number of employees who were on leave without pay prior to the "As of Date" in the heading of the report. In addition, the report includes those who terminated or returned from LWOP after the "As Of Date" displayed in the heading of the report.
TOTAL NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES ON LWOP IN ORG CODE XXXXXXXXXX
Displays total number of employees on LWOP (no page break).
TOTAL NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES IN ORG CODE
Displays footer totals for each Org Code on a page separate from the rest of the report (page break).
TOTAL NUMBER OF AGENCY EMPLOYEES ON LWOP
Displays total number of employees in all Org Codes on the footer page.
