Report 879 ORP Employee Retirement Contribution Report

This report displays all employees who contributed to an optional retirement plan during the reporting period. It can be automatically set up to run with month end reports, or be manually requested on HNKBA for a particular period.

Parameters HNKBA – Report 879 flag and START DATE, END DATE

HPRPT to automatically run with month end reports then HNKU3 – month end reports warrant start and end dates.
Databases Used H0C, H0H, H0M, HID, HN1, HAT, H0B
Selection Criteria All employees that have retirement wages and a retirement type of O on any entry on the H0M database for deduction 10 within the reporting period.
Produce Output? Yes
Request Screen HNKBA or HPRPT
Posting Report? No
Additional Notes An * after the employee's name designates that the employee's current retirement type is not O.

Report Headings

ORGANIZATION CODE
Displays the organization code.
WARRANT DATE FROM... TO...
Displays the range of dates for payments included in the report.
EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
EMP SSN H0B.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN.
RETIREMENT COMP H0H.COMPFIELD2
Displays the amount of retirement compensation paid on all payrolls during the reporting period.
VENDOR ID HN1.ERSVENID
Displays the four digit vendor ID from HN1U6.
EMPL CONTRI DSCRP DERIVED
Displays the difference of the employee percentage of the retirement wages and the amounts taken on the payrolls.
EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUT
Displays the sum of the amounts for deduction 10 (ORP).
AGY CONT DERIVED
Displays the agency allowed contribution from local or other funds for employees who meet legislatively defined requirements. Only those employees whose personnel const byte 8 value is Y will have an agency contribution. This is not the state match portion of retirement. This amount is not paid through USPS.
STATE CONTRIB DSCRP DERIVED
Displays the difference of the state contribution percentage of the retirement wages and the amount on the payrolls.
STATE MATCH H0B.EMPSTATUS
Displays the sum of the amounts for deduction 25 from payroll history.
TOTAL BY ORG CODE DERIVED
Displays the org code and org code name and totals.
