Displays the first three positions of the employee's organization code.

Displays the end date of the requested period.

Displays the employee's SSN.
EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
COURSE ID H5O.COURSE
Displays the identification number of the employee's course.
COURSE NAME HGO.PCRSNA
Displays the name of the employee's course.
GRADE POINTS H5O.PGRADEPTS
Displays the numeric grade achieved by the employee.
CMPLTED HRS H5O.PCPLHRS
Displays the total credit hours earned by the employee for the course.
CREDITS EARNED H5O.PCREARNED
Displays the total course credits earned by the employee.
CREDIT TYPE HGO.PCRTY
Displays the credit type.
