This report projects and/or displays the hazardous duty pay for the employees for a fiscal year, September through August. The actual hazardous duty amount paid will display for each month that that has been paid (if applicable) and future months will be projected. If an employee's hazardous duty is not an even dollar amount, it will be rounded up to the next dollar amount, but the actual amount will be used to calculate the total. For example: 31.5 would be rounded to 32 for display purposes. But the total would be 378.00 (31.5 x 12).

Service years and months will be calculated using the State Effective Service Date as of the September 1st date of the report year. Actual hazardous duty data will be used from (H0M) through the month the hazardous duty has been paid, future months will be projected. The monthly amounts of the employee's hazardous duty pay will be rounded (round 31.5 to 32), while the actual amount will be used on the total. |

- The employee's current status from H0BUS. Only display LWOP (02) and TERM (03 and 07). If employee's status Is 01 this field will be blank.
Column Four
- EMP TYP HNH.EMPTYPE
- Displays the employee's type (see encode/decode table 832).
Column Five
- FTE HNH.ASSIGNFTE
- This field displays the employees FTE for the assigned position.
Column Six
- 9/1 SRV H0B.YRS_MO_
- This field displays the employees total years/months of Hazardous Duty as of September 1st of the report year being requested.
Column Seven
- SEP HOH DERIVED
- The actual hazardous duty data for the month of October is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected amount of hazardous duty is reported.
Column Eight
- OCT HOH DERIVED
- The actual hazardous duty data for the month of October is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid, the projected amount of hazardous duty is reported.
Column Nine
- NOV HOH DERIVED
- The actual hazardous duty data for the month of November is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid the projected amount of hazardous duty is reported.
Column Ten

- The actual hazardous duty data for the month of December is reported if the employee has been paid. If the employee has not yet been paid the projected hazardous duty amount is reported.

- Displays the total of the hazardous duty actual/projected dollar amount for longevity pay for all agency employees.
