Report 842 Active Regular/Permanent Employees by Job Class
This report displays all regular full-time and part-time employees.

| Additional Notes | If more than one HNPU1 is active for the same position number, multiple lines for the employee assigned to that position will display. A date will need to be entered in the Inactive Date on HNPU1 for the additional record(s). A set up on H0XCR is not required for this report to run. |
Report Headings
- AS OF HNK.PMEDT
- Displays the end date of the request period.
Column One
- EMPLOYEE NAME HID.LASTNAME, HID.FIRSTNAME, HID.MIDDLENAME
- Displays the employee's name.
Column Two
- SSN H0B.EMPLOYEENO
- Displays the employee's SSN.
Column Three
- EMP DT
- Displays the date the employee was hired.
Column Four
- JOB TITLE
- Displays the job class title (either state classification or if defined, the functional job class title) that corresponds to the employees position.
Column Five
- ORG CODE
- Displays the employee's primary organization code.
Column Six
- ORG CD DESC
- Displays the name of the employee's organization code.
Column Seven
- CITY
- Displays the employee's city of residence.
Column Eight
- ST
- Displays the employee's state of residence.
Column Nine
- ST CD
- Displays the employee's two-digit state code where the employee lives.
