The report displays all active and on-leave employees and their SSNs as of a certain date. The report is similar to Report 844 (SSN/Name XRef)
but provides additional detail about the employee: employment date, job title (or functional job class title), organization code (ORG Code),
organization code description, and resident city, state and work state.
