Report 666 Daily Warrant Transmittal Report
This report displays the total number of warrants and direct deposits, along with the dollar amount associated with each for the current payroll. Also displayed is the beginning and ending warrant numbers, held warrant numbers, direct deposit trace numbers, and any employees who had a two-page earnings statement generated.

Report Headings
- AGENCY H0H.CMPNUM
- Displays the agency's name and assigned state number.
- WARRANT TYPE
- Displays the type of payment.
- BEGINNING WARRANT NO. DERIVED
- Displays the beginning payroll number, held warrants, and direct deposit for the current payroll.
- ENDING WARRANT NO. DERIVED
- Displays the ending payroll number, held warrants, and direct deposits for the current payroll.
- WARRANT COUNT DERIVED
- Displays the total number of payroll warrants, held warrants, and direct deposits for the current payroll.
- TOTAL WARRANT AMT DERIVED
- Displays the total dollar amount of payroll warrants, held warrants, and direct deposits for the current payroll.
- SIGNATURE
- Displays a line used by the agency runner who picks up the warrants.
- DATE
- Displays a line for the agency runner to record the date of the warrant pickup.
- TWO-PAGE EARNINGS STATEMENTS
- Displays any employee who was issued an earnings statement with more than one page. This occurs when the number of deductions exceed 23, not including taxes, and the agency has elected to print sub-deduction and savings bond detail. See Report 24 for additional details.
