Report 604 Exempt Job Class Listing

This report displays an agency's exempt job class codes. This report finds all exempt job class records with an effective date between HNKPC start and end dates and prints summary information about exempt job class codes.

Displays the annual salary authorized by legislation.

Displays the amount derived by dividing the annual salary by twelve.
GOV INCR ANN SAL HNT.EXGVANNSAL
Displays new annual salary authorized by Governor's Office.
GOV INCR MTH SAL HNT.EXGVMTHSAL
Displays the amount derived by dividing the Governor's increase annual salary by twelve.
AUTH INCUM HNT.EXGVMTHSAL
Displays the authorized number of incumbents allowed for this exempt job class.
ACT INCUM HNT.EXACTINC
Displays the actual number of incumbents in this exempt job class at agency.
