Report 563 Employee Leave Balances
This report displays balance information on overtime, administrative, compensatory time, holiday compensatory time, vacation, and sick leave for all employees. Sick leave information on this report does not include sick leave awarded to the employee from the sick leave pool. Agencies also have the option to include up to five additional leave balances on this report. To include additional leave balances, an agency must submit a Letter of Authority (LOA) to change the BAL field on HMAU1 to R for the leave types to be included.

Report Headings
- FISCAL YEAR DERIVED FROM HNK.FYEDT
- Displays the fiscal year that the request is for.
- ORGANIZATION CODE HNH.ORGCODE
- Displays the employee's organization code.
- EMP SSN H0B.EMPLOYENO
- Displays the employee's SSN (masked or entire SSN will display depending on the HPRLA selection).
- EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
- Displays the employee's name.
- OPT HOL OWED HM8.FYTDBAL(OH)
- Displays the employee's optional holiday taken and not made up.
- OT AVAIL HM8.FYTDBAL(OT)
- Displays the employee's overtime balance. This will be 1.5 times the balance of overtime earned.
- ADMIN LV HM8.FYTDBAL(AL)
- Displays the employee's administrative leave balance.
- HOLIDAY COMP HM8.FYTDBAL(HC)
- Displays the employee's holiday compensatory balance.
- REG COMP HM8.FYTDBAL(CT)
- Displays the employee's compensatory time balance.
- VAC HM8.FYTDBAL(VC)
- Displays the employee's vacation leave balance.
- SICK HM8.FYTDBAL(SL)
- Displays the employee's sick leave balance. This does not include any sick leave awarded to the employee from the sick leave pool.
- OPTIONAL BALANCES HM8.FYTDBAL(XX)
- Agencies have the option to include up to five additional leave balances. An LOA is needed to update the HMAU1 screen to indicate the leave choices.
- FLSA STATUS HNH.POFLSASTAT
- Displays the employees FLSA status.

- Displays the number of years and months of service an employee has, including any service at other agencies. This will not include any time spent on leave without pay. If an * follows the amount of service, then this employee has county service months included (only for Agency 212).
- TAKEN HM8.FYTDBAL(XX)
- Displays the fiscal year to date hours taken for each leave type.
