- Sick leave reclaimed (SLR) by an employee who previously donated the time
- Sick leave awarded (SAA) to an employee from the pool
- Sick leave taken (SAT) by an employee from the pool
- Sick leave returned (SAB)by an employee to the pool
- Sick leave pool balance currently and at the beginning of the fiscal year,

- Displays the beginning and ending dates for the reporting period.
- ORGANIZATION HNH.ORGCODE
- Displays the employee's organization code.
- EMP SSN HM9.EMPLOYEENO
- Displays the employee's SSN (masked or entire SSN depending on the HPRLA selection).
- EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
- Displays the employee's name.
- SICK CONTRIB GIVEN DERIVED FROM HP9U2 (SLG)
- Displays the total accrued sick leave given by the employee to the sick leave pool.
- SICK CONTRIB RECLAIMED DERIVED FROM HP9U2 (SLR)
- Displays the total accrued sick leave originally given by the employee to the sick leave pool but reclaimed back for personal use.
- SICK AWARD AWARDED DERIVED FROM HP9U2 (SAA)
- Displays the total sick leave awarded to an employee from the sick leave pool.
- SICK AWARDED RET BACK DERIVED FROM HM9U1 (SAB)
- Displays the total sick leave originally awarded to the employee from the sick leave pool but returned to the sick leave pool because it was not used.
- SICK AWARD TAKEN DERIVED FROM HP9U2 (SAT)
- Displays the total sick leave taken by the employee that was taken from the sick leave awarded.
- BEGINNING FISCAL YEAR BALANCE HMO.SLPBEGBAL
- Displays the agency's sick leave pool balance at the beginning of the fiscal year.
- YTD SICK LEAVE POOL AWARDED HMO.SLPAWD
- Displays the amount of time that has been awarded since the beginning of the fiscal year.
