Report 555 Notice of Termination

This report produces a letter that can be used to notify courts or obligees of the termination of an employee who has a deduction for child support, administrative wage garnishment (AWG), student loan, tax levy, bankruptcy and spousal maintenance.

See Report 556 for detailed list of employees who received one of these letters. These reports are run together nightly.

Produce Output? Yes

Posting Report? No
Additional Notes Letter should not be mailed in window envelopes because confidential information appears in the name and address block of the letter. This report is printed in Portrait format and is therefore distributed separately from your landscape reports.
