Report 554 State Service Awards
This report identifies employees who are eligible for a service award based on the employee's state effective service date. Service awards are awarded in increments of five years.

| Additional Notes | A terminated employee will not be included on the report unless the employee was active between the "From" and "To" dates requested and his or her anniversary date has been attained prior to or on the termination date. An asterisk (*) will display next to the anniversary date for a terminated employee. Employees on leave without pay as of the report dates with a leave without pay (LWOP) start date prior to or on the employee's anniversary date will display an "L" next to the anniversary date. This report will display an employee only once and in the lowest five-year milestone based on the HNKPM from and to dates requested. For example, if the "From" and "To" span a ten year period and the anniversary date for the five-year and ten-year milestone were attained, the employee would display with five years total agency service time. |
Report Headings
- FROM/TO HNK.PMSTDT/HNK.PMEDT
- Displays the beginning and ending date of the reporting period.
- ORG CODE HNG.ORGCODE
- Displays the organization code as defined by the employee's position.
- ORG NAME HNO.ORGNAME
- Displays the employee's organization code title (name).
- JOB CLASS/FUNC JOB CLASS HNG.JOBCLASS/HNG.ACTFUNCLS
- Displays the employee's state job class and, when applicable, the employee's functional job class.
- EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
- Displays the employee's name.
- SSN H0B.EMPLOYEENO
- Displays the employee's Social Security number.
- JOB TITLE H7O.JCTITLE or HML.FCTITLE
- Displays the employee's state job class title or, when applicable, the functional job class title.
- WORK CITY HNJ.PCCITY
- Displays the employee's work city based on the location code the employee is assigned.
- ANNIVERSARY DATE / STATE H0B.ADJENPLDAT
- Displays the employee's state effective service date.
- TOTAL ST SERV TIME DERIVED FROM H0B.ADJEMPLDAT
- Displays the service time milestone that is either actual or projected within the HNKPM dates.
- TOTAL BY ORGANIZATION DERIVED
- Displays the total number of employees by organization code that have reached a five-year milestone, in five-year increments within the HNKPM dates. Field does not display when sort option 1 or 3 is used.
- TOTAL BY AGENCY DERIVED
- Displays the total number of employees that have reached a five-year milestone in five-year increments within the HNKPM dates.
