Report 550 HR Daily Extract

This report produces a nightly extract file of changes to position and personnel records based on the databases selected on HNK11.

Report Criteria

Sort Sequence	Employee Number Note: Transactions with no employee number will print prior to those with an employee number. (For example: changes to a position record.)

Databases Used	H0B, H0C, H0Z, H61, HDT, HID, HM8, HM9, HMC, HMT, HN1, HN8, HND, HNH, HNP, HNY, HOZ, HO8
Selection Criteria	All changes made to the databases marked on HNK11 since the last processing night.
Produce Output?	Yes – Electronic Interface and Report
Request Screen	HNK11 – Enter a Y next to the databases for which daily changes are needed.
Posting Report?	No
Additional Notes	Report 50 is the HR Extract Rebuild used to completely rebuild the selected databases found on HNK50.

Report Headings

FLAG SETTINGS HNK11

Displays the tables (databases) from HNK11 and the flag settings at the time the extract was run.

N	Daily rebuild not requested.
Y	Daily rebuild only when changes occur.

TOTALS DERIVED

Displays the number of records written to the extract file for each database requested.
