This report displays all employees' merit increases, one-time merit increases and/or emergency one-time merits for a given period.

Page Break Sort sequence 1, 2 and 3 will break on Division, Orgcode, 4th and 5th Level no page break. Agency totals will print on a new page for sort sequence 1 through 4.
Parameters HNKPM – START DATE, END DATE
Databases Used H0B, H70, HID, HNH
Selection Criteria All employees with a merit increase (HNH.HRISREASCD = 025, 035 or 039) between the START DATE and END DATE.

Report Headings

FROM/TO HNK.PMSTDT/HNK.PMEDT
Displays the beginning and ending dates of the reporting period.
DIVISION HNH.ORGCODE
Displays the first three positions of the employee's organization code.
EMPLOYEE SSN H0B.EMPLOYEENO
Displays the employee's SSN.
EMPLOYEE NAME HID.RPTNAME
Displays the employee's name.
POSITION HNH.POSITION
This field displays the employee's position number.
CLASS DATE HNH.HPROMDATE
Displays the date of the employee's last merit increase, one-time merit increase or emergency one-time merit increase.
JOB TITLE HML.FCTITLE H70.JCTITLE
Displays the functional job class title that corresponds to the employee's position. If no functional job class was assigned, this field displays the job class title.
SALARY/HOURLY HNH.HSALARY or HNH.HHRLYRATE
Displays the employee's monthly salary or hourly rate after the merit increase was applied.
MERIT RC HNH.RSNCD
This field displays the reason code for a merit increase, one-time merit increase or emergency one-time merit increase.
MERIT DATE HNH.HLSTINCRDT
Displays the date of the employee's last merit increase, one-time merit increase or emergency one-time merit increase. The column should list the effective date of the one-time merit.
MERIT AMOUNT HNH.HAMTRTINC or HNH.HAMSTALINC
Displays the amount of the employee's merit increase, one-time merit increase or emergency one-time merit increase.
TOTAL MERITS (025)
Displays the total number and total dollar amount of merits (Reason Code 25) awarded within the requested period.
TOTAL ONE TIME MERITS (035)
Displays the total number and total dollar amount of one time merits (Reason Code 35) awarded within the requested period.
TOTAL EMER 1X MERITS (039)
Displays the total number and total dollar amount of emergency one time merits (Reason Code 39) awarded within the requested period.

Note: TOTAL EMER 1X MERITS (039) will display only when this type of merit was awarded within the requested period.

TOTAL MERITS AWARDED FOR DIVISION
Displays the total number and total dollar amount of merits and one-time merits awarded within the requested period.
