Report 545 Rollover of Imputed Income

This report is run in order to generate the needed transactions to cause the recalculation of the imputed income rates. This is based on the employee's optional life election. This should be completed at every calendar year-end or whenever the federal rates are changed.

Additional Notes

HMT is updated so that Report 32 can extract the record to recalculate the optional life and imputed income.

Decode table 855 and Report 74 can force all optional life premiums to be recalculated causing this report to be produced.

Displays the effective month of the rollover.

Displays the employee's SSN.
EMPLOYEE NAME HID.LASTNAME
Displays the employee's last name.
HISTORY DT HMT.HISTORYDT
Displays the effective date of the HMTU1 record being read.
BIRTH DATE HID.BIRTHDATE
Displays the employee's birth date.
OPT LIFE COV HMT.OPTLIFECVG
Displays the employee's level of optional life coverage.
