Report 543 Terminated Employees
This report will display all employees terminated for a given period.
Report Criteria

| Selection Criteria | All employees terminated between the START DATE and END DATE. Note: If employee with multiple terminations at the same agency during the time parameters requested will be marked with two asterisks (**). The employee will be displayed with each termination date. |

| Request Screen | HNKPM – Requested by USPS personnel on last work day of each month. Set up on scheduler to be run automatically on the last day of the month: HPRPT – Set up to run automatically with each payroll. (The HNK.PMSTDT AND HNK.PMEDT dates will need to be set automatically with the correct month before the final payroll is run.) |

Column One
- EMP NAME HID.RPTNAME
- This field displays the employee's name.
- SSN HNH.EMPLOYEENO
- This field displays the employee's SSN.
- TERM DATE HNH.TERMDATE
- This field displays the termination date (mm/dd/ccyy). (Termination reason codes are 057, 060, 063, 064, 065, 067, 068, 069.)
- RC HNH.HRISREASCD
- This field displays the termination reason code (057, 060, 063, 064, 065, 067, 068, 069).
- EXT RC HNH.EXTRSNCD
- This field displays the termination extended reason code if one exists. If it doesn't exist, it will display blank.
- HIRE DATE HN8.EMPLOYDATE
- This field displays the employee's hire date (mm/dd/ccyy).
Column Two
- ORG CD HNH.ORGCODE
- This field displays the employee's organization code.
- LWOP IND HOB.EMPSTATUS
- This field will display whether the employee was on LWOP at time of termination.
- 6-MOS CONT SRV DT HOB.CONTSERDAT
- This field displays the date the employee was or would have been continuously employed for 6 months (mm/dd/ccyy).
- ST EFF SERV DT HOB.ADJEMPLDAT
- This field displays the employee's state effective service date.
- RACE HID.XXEEORACE
- This field displays the employee's race.
- SEX HID.XXSEX
- This field displays the employee's sex.
Column Three
- ORG TITLE HNO.ORGNAME
- This field displays the employee's organization code title.
- POS. NO. HNH.POSITION
- This field displays the employee's position number.
- FTE HNH.ASSIGNFTE
- This field displays the employee's FTE (full time equivalency). If less than full time (1.000), only display the numbers after decimal.
- HRS
- This field is derived (FTE x 40) and displays the employee's weekly work hours.
- EMP TYP HNH.EMPTYPE
- This field displays the employee type for the employee.
- EEO CAT HNH.JCEEOCODE
- This field displays the employee's EEO category code type.
- TBL HNH
- This field displays the employee's salary table.
- GRP/STP HNH.POSPAYGRP/HNH.ACTUALSTEP
- This field displays the employee's current salary or hourly rate.
- SAL/RATE HNH.HSALARY, HNH.HHRLYRATE
- This field displays the employee's current salary or hourly rate.
- ANN SAL
- This field displays the employee's annual salary. If the frequency is monthly, then the salary x 12; if semi-monthly then the salary x 24; if hourly then the rate x 2080 x FTE.
- JB CLS/TITLE HNH.JOBCLASS/H7O.JCTITLE
- This field displays the employee's job class and job class title.
- CLS TYP HNH
- This field displays the employee's job class type.
- FUNCT JC/TITLE HNH.ACTFUNCLS/HML.FCTITLE
- This field displays the employee's functional job class and functional job class title if one exists. If it doesn't exist, display as 'blank'.
Column Four
- VISA TYPE/EXP DT HO0.VISATYPE/HO0.VISAEXPNDT
- This field displays the employee's visa type and visa expiration date if one exits. If it doesn't exist, display as blank.
- PAY TYP HNH.HPAYTYPE
- This field displays the employee's pay type.
- FREQ HNH.HFREQOFPAY
- This field displays the employee's pay frequency.
- BRP HOB-FLAGA
- This field displays whether the employee is eligible for benefit replacement pay. Display 'N', 'Y, or 'W'.
- HAZ IND HNH.HAZDTYIND
- This field displays whether the employee is eligible for hazardous duty pay. If indicator = 'N' display as blank; else display value 'Y', '8', '9'.
- FLSA ST HNH.FLSASTAT
- This field displays the employee's FLSA status.
- LNG AMT H10.APA AMT (SPECIAL PAY 06)
- This field displays the employee's monthly longevity amount.
If it doesn't exist, display as 000.00. - HAZ AMT H10.APAAMT (SPECIAL PAY = 05)
- This field displays the employee's hazardous duty monthly amount. If it doesn't exist display as 000.00.

- WK-LOC HNH.LOCCODE
- This field displays the employee's work location.
- CNTY NM HNH.PCCOUNTY
- This field displays the employee's work county.
- WK-ADDR HNJ.PCADR1
- This field displays the employee's work address.
- WK-CITY, ST, ZIP HNJ.PCCITY, HNJ.PCSTATE, HNJ.PCZIP
- This field displays the employee's work city, state and zip code.
- WK-PHONE HNJ.WKPHNO
- This field displays the employee's work phone number.
Column Six
- ADDR/PHONE REL HO0.ADDRRELIND, HO0.HPHNRELIND
- This field displays if the address and home phone number can be released.
- HM-ADDR HID.EEADR1
- This field displays the employee's home address.
- HM-CITY, ST, ZIP HID.CITY, HD.STATE, HID.ZIPCODE
- This field displays the employee's home city, state, and zip code.
- HM-PHONE HID.HOMEPHONE
- This field displays the employee's home phone number.
- AGENCY TOTAL
- The total number of terminated employees in the requested period.
