Report 536 USPS Warrant Held Register – Standalone

This report displays warrant information for warrants that were on hold in TINS when issued out of USPS. Only the Fiscal Management Division of the Comptroller's office can request this report.

Report 669 is the daily version of this report.

Displays the warrant date range for the reporting period.

AGENCY NUMBER H0H.CMPNUM

Displays the number of the agency with the warrant hold.

WARRANT NUMBER H0H.CHECKNO

Displays the payment number of the held warrant. A blank indicates that the entry is a reversal of a held warrant.

WARRANT AMOUNT H0H.NET

Displays the amount of the held warrant. Negative numbers are not indicated with the negative symbol, however the Warrant Amount field takes the negative into account.

ISSUE DATE H0H.CHKDATE

Displays the date of the held warrant.

PIN DERIVED FROM H0H.EMPLOYEENO

Displays the employee's vendor identification number. It is made up of a proceeding 2, the employee's SSN, and a check digit.

MC H0H.ALPHACONS3(POSITIONS 6TH-8TH)

Displays the 3-digit code used to provide additional information regarding the payment.

Displays the name of the employee with the held warrant.

WARRANT COUNT DERIVED

Displays the total number of held warrants.
