Report 533 Job Class Listing

This report lists all job codes. It displays the table type, job class code, job class title, pay group, EEO code, FLSA status, job class type and the effective and inactive dates of each of the individual job classes. This report is automatically run during the job class code rollover at FYE.

Selection Criteria All job class records with an effective date between the HNK dates and an inactive date greater than START DATE, or null.

AGY SPECIFIC H70.JCTOTALPTS
Displays an agency number when it is the only agency that can use that job class code.
PAY GRP H70.JCPAYGROUP
Displays the pay group of the job class code listed.
PAY STP H7O.JCBEGINSTE
Displays the assigned pay step for the job class code. Valid only for classified table 1C job classes.
EEO CAT H70.JCEEOCODE
Displays the EEO code of the job class code listed – for classified job classes only.
FLSA STATUS H70.JCFLSAST
Displays the FLSA indicator of the job class code listed.
JOB CLASS TYPE H70.JCBENCHM
Displays the job class type of the job class code listed.
EFFECTIVE DATE H70.HISTORYDT
Displays the date the job class code can be used.
INACTIVE DATE H70.JCEVALDT
Displays the date the job class code can no longer be used.
