USPS Reports by Number –
Report 526 Electronic Approval Report
This report shows whether an agency's payroll was approved and by whom. It also indicates the type of payroll, frequency, tax deposit date, payment date, and period dates. If no action was taken on HSCU3, there will be no name, user ID, date, and time printed on the report. If a payroll fails in USAS, that will also be displayed.

- Displays the USAS number assigned to the payroll.
- DOCUMENT TYPE DERIVED
- Displays the value derived from the Run Type.
- USAS EFFECTIVE DATE HN6.EFFDT
- Displays the USAS effective date for processing the funds created during this payroll.
- PAY FREQUENCY HN6.CTLPAY1
- Displays the frequency of employees being paid.
- DED PAY PD HSC.CTLDP
- Displays the pay period of month.

- Displays the date that taxes from this payroll will be deposited with the IRS.

- Displays the user ID of the person who entered the payroll request on HSCU1.
- HSCU3 ACTION HN6.APPROVAL
- Displays the type of action taken on HSCU3.
- ACTION DATE HN6.ACTIONDT
- Displays the date of entry on HSCU3.
- ACTION TIME HN6.DATETIME
- Displays the time of entry on HSCU3.
- APPROVER USER ID HN6.APPRACID
- Displays the user ID of the person who approved/disapproved the payroll on HSCU3.
- NAME HO6.RPTNAME
- Displays the name associated with the Approver User ID.
- MESSAGE DERIVED
- Displays a message that the payroll is accepted or rejected.
