Report 515 Leave Accounting Batch Upload Error Listing

This report automatically generates when leave accounting transactions are loaded. Any transaction that did not meet the required online edits will display, along with a corresponding error message. Accepted transactions will update the HM9, HM8, and HO8 databases with the appropriate changes. Entries with errors can be re-loaded or manually entered online with the corrected information. All maintenance to entries processed through the interface must be made online.

Transaction counts are also included on the report and can be used for verification of the file load.

The Leave Report Options (HPRLA) screen can be used to mask the Social Security number (SSN) and to select a valid sort and/or page break.

Displays the employee's SSN (masked or entire SSN will display depending on the HPRLA selection).

Displays the leave type and activity.
START DATE HM9.STARTDT
Displays the beginning date of the transaction.
START TIME HM9.STARTTM
Displays the start time of the leave activity.
LV TIME HM9.LVTIME
Displays the number of hours of the leave activity.
END DATE HM9.ENDDT
Displays the end date of the transaction.
END TIME HM9.ENDTM
Displays the end time of the leave activity.
RSN HM9.LVREASCD
Displays the reason for the leave, if applicable.
OPID HM9.OPERID
Displays the identification number of the user who last updated the transaction.
MESSAGE DERIVED FOR EACH DATABASE
Displays an error message describing the error in the transaction.
COMMENTS HM9.COMMENTS
Displays comments from the HM9MC comment field.
RECORDS ACCEPTED/REJECTED DERIVED
Displays the total number of transactions that were accepted and rejected. Rejected transactions should be on the report.
TOTAL INSERTS/UPDATES DERIVED
Displays the total number of records that were inserted and updated for each database.
