This report displays information required by the State Auditor's Office regarding the management to staff ratios based on FTE's in addition to employee count.

Additional Notes | Request indicators 1–8, produces information for the prior quarters. Corrections to the Management/Staff Ratio indicator can be made on HMPUE and HNHUE. Division titles are defined on HO9U1 and are specific to each agency. |
Report Headings
- AS OF HNK.PMEDT
- Displays the end date of the request period.
- ORGANIZATION CODE HNH.PMEDT
- Displays the employee's organization code.
- NAME HID.RPTNAME
- Displays the employee's name.
- SSN HNH.EMPLOYEENO
- Displays the employee's SSN.
- PRIMARY POSITION HNH.POSITION, HNH.PCPOSIND
- Displays the employee's position number. An * will print to the right of the position number if the employee was in multiple positions at the end of the reporting quarter. A ** will print to the right of the MSR indicator if the employee changed MSR indicators on the primary position during the reporting quarter.
- JOB CLASS/FUNC JOB CLASS HNH.JOBCLASS, HNH.ACTFUNCLS
- Displays the employee's state job class and (if specified) agency functional job class.
- MSR HNH.MSRIND
- Displays the management to staff ratio code that identifies the type of position the employee fills. The character in the field on the left side is H, M, S or N.

- Displays the total number of hours worked/paid in the quarter for the employee in that position.
- TOTAL STAFF DERIVED
- Displays the number of employees in the Agency and in each Org Code and Division.
- TOTAL HOURS WORKED/PAID HOH.HRS/WORKED/PAI
- Displays the sum of the hours worked at the organizational level. First total shown reflects information for Total Staff. Remaining totals correlate to the MSR indicator immediately preceding the totals.
- H/M/S/N DERIVED
- Displays the number of employees assigned to each of the management to staff ratio indicators in the Agency and in each Org Code and Division.
- M/S RATIO HNH.MSRIND
- Displays the ratio of staff to management in the Agency and in each Org Code and Division.
USPS Calculations are: (N+S+M) / (S+M+H) = Ratio.
