Report 2002 Reports Being Generated (Class 0)
This report displays the reports generated during the nightly cycle. Not all reports generated are listed.
Multiple Report 2002s can generate on any given night.

| Additional Notes | Processes in PAY050. ** EDIT/REPORT RUN ** will display in the top left corner of the report if the report was produced from a trial/edit payroll. This report will generate twice only when a final payroll is rejected. Use the latest Run Time/Date, which is found in the top right corner of the report. |
Report Headings
- SUBSCRIPT
- Displays the position of the report on the H0XCR table. This is usually the same number as the report.
- REPORT NUMBER
- Displays the number assigned to the report being processed.
- BREAK FLAGS
- Displays the number to indicate how the report page breaks. See the individual report documentation for possible break options.
- FORMS CODE
- Displays the form number for the report.
- SORT SEQUENCE
- Displays the number to indicate how the report is sorted. See the individual report for possible sort options.
- FREQUENCY
- Displays the number to indicate how often the report is run.
- TRIGGER
- Not used.
- COUNTRY
- Not used.
- TAX FLAG
- Not used.
- DEDUCTION DEFINITION
- Not used.
- COMPANY HEADER
- Not used.
- PAY FREQ SWITCH
- Displays the number to indicate which pay records are used.
- COPY COUNT
- Not used.
- RECORDS IN
- Not used.
- MASTER RECORDS
- Displays the number of employees (H0B) processed.
- TAX RECS
- Displays the number of employee tax rows (H0A) processed.
- RECORDS SKIPPED
- Displays the number of records skipped.
- CHECK RECS
- Displays the number of warrants processed. This does not include direct deposits.
Note: Report 2002 with payroll reports, such as report 189 generated from an edit or trial payroll will have a zero count.

- Displays the number of records processed.
